The manufacturing process of quality Seamless Tubing

Page view

Quality Seamless Tubing is a long steel with a hollow cross-section and no joints around it. Its manufacturing process can be divided into hot rolling, cold drawing and thermal diffusivity. According to different production methods, it can be divided into hot-rolled pipes, cold-rolled pipes, cold-drawn pipes, extruded pipes, etc.

quality Seamless Tubing

1.1. Hot rolling quality Seamless Tubing is generally produced under the automatic rolling mill. The solid core tube blank is inspected to eliminate surface defects, cut into required lengths, rest assured on the surface of the perforated end of the tube blank, and then sent to a heat treatment furnace for heating and perforated in a punching machine. In the further continuous rotation of the perforation, under the effect of the hot-rolled strip and the top, an inner cavity is slowly formed inside the tube blank, which is called a capillary. It is then sent to an automatic rolling mill for cold rolling again. In the end, the overall wall thickness of the whole machine and the diameter of the whole body meet the specifications and models. The application of continuous rolling mills to produce hot rolled quality Seamless Tubing is an excellent way.

1.2. In order to better obtain quality Seamless Tubing with smaller specifications and good quality, be sure to use cold rolling, cold drawing or a combination of the two. Cold rolling is generally carried out on a two-roll extruder. Cold drawing is generally carried out on a 0.5~100T polypeptide chain or double chain cold drawing machine.

1.3. Extrusion method Put the heated tube blank into a closed extrusion barrel, and the perforated rod and extrusion rod exercise together to extrude the extrusion member from the small hole. This method can produce seamless steel pipes with small diameters.
